Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, contact us at https://www.desktop-arts.com/contact before your order has been shipped.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Due to payment processing industry practices, a 3% fee is withheld on refunds/canceled orders.
Note
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. If customer still has access to account but was issued a different card, the bank or agency will automatically redirect the funds accordingly.
Return Policy
If your product is damaged or defective, please indicate that in your message.
Though we hope you love your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.* Returns must have been purchased directly from us and must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was sent.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. Please contact us at https://www.desktop-arts.com/contact for a return label. Original costs of shipping are nonrefundable.
Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded (minus a 3% restock fee and both the original and return shipping costs) to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
* Excludes final sale merchandise such as B-stock products and products sold during promotional sales.
