Description
3 x 3 (9-Key) Macropad PCBs from Mr. Bishop:
A fun project-board for beginners and veterans alike. The bottom “plate” is (carefully) broken from the PCB, removing the need to fabricate a separate case. The parts list and instructions are also printed on the plate, making for easy assembly. These PCBs support both full-grid and 2u thumb-key layouts (bottom left or right position), MX and Alps switches, and RGB underglow!
For a full-grid layout, you will need 9 switches. For the 2u thumb-key layout, you will need 8 switches and a 2u PCB-mounted stabilizer (though it’s possible to use an unstabilized 2u key).
– Gateron Switches
– Cherry Switches
– PCB-Mounted Stabilizers
To complete this build, you will also need the following parts:
– 1 Pro Micro
– 8 or 9 x 1N4148 diodes
– Reset switch B3S 1000 (Optional)
– RGB Led (optional)
– Screws and standoffs
